Review content:
This organization was the only day habilitation center our family was able to locate convenient to the Conroe area. We were not pleased with the services received there. Reports sent home from staff displayed very poor grammar and in the one instance when they were questioned about the disparaging manner in which one of the staff addressed my son (a 23 year old male with a PDD diagnosis), they simply replied, ""How do you know your son is telling the truth"" directly in front of him. I would encourage any person considering using this organization to care for their disabled loved one to inquire about the educational level of the staff and the formal training (if any) they have received to care for the disabled population. We could never recommend Bridgewood Farms to anyone.
Pros: Nice rural location
Cons: Quality of staff -- always take a witness when you go to have a conversation, also!
