These people are extremely rude. I purchased a mattress from them and when I called to get information on it a few years later, they told me nothing. Gave me the run around. Told me that they were not going to go and look through their records to tell me anything. When I asked whether it was a king or a California king (purchased it for a relative) They told me they didn't know the laughed and said I should just go get my tape measure and see for myself. I asked them about a catalog I knew the name and the model, they told me that they did know. Everything was they didn't know, it was pointless on even calling. I asked for a manager and he told me he was the owner. I have never heard such ignorance and non-professionalism in my life.
