Review content:
When visiting the Coronet Bridal Shop, my friend and I experienced very poor customer service. The bride did not receive assistance in selecting dresses even with an appointment. Once she began trying dresses on, the salesperson continually told her she was ""too big"" for the dresses. She suggested to my friend who is a size 8-10 that she should be wearing size 20 dresses. My friend left with damaged self esteem and the whole experience was a disappointment. I would NOT reccommend to anyone to visit the Coronet Bridal Shop. I will not be when it becomes time to shop for my bridal gown.
