My daughter and grandaughters are in a wedding and went to Coronet for their dresses. One of my grandaughters is pregnant and needed to have her dress adjusted .It was supposed to be ""no problem"" - by Norma (who worked in shop and is half-owner) It was agreed that panels would be inserted to keep the line of the dress like the other girls. Instead ""Norma"" hiked the dress up so that the dress looked empire instead of like the rest. It was Norma who suggested the panels, but continually hiked up the dress after she was asked not to.She did not seem to want to do anything except what she herself wanted to do. She made a rude remark about my grandaughter being
