I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into my room, wasn't really fond of where it was situated (next to the drive way) but that did not turn out to be a factor. The rooms seem to have been upgraded recently, very nice large bath room, comfy bed, flat screen t.v. I was very happy with this choice. It is a good location too. Across from the marina so you can walk to the wharf, a little too far to walk to state street and all it has to offer, (avoid the restaurants there). This place also has a pool and jacuzzi - which I never got around using. They also offer wine and cheese and continental breakfast.
