We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I was online getting quotes and Trinity was the lowest price for what we wanted. Leary about ""you get what you pay for"" I started reading reviews. After reading several reviews about Trinity and several other limousine services I decided to book with Trinity. When I got back online the next day to book with Trinity the price had gone up (still less expensive than it's competitor's). I emailed Trinity asking if they would honor the original quote and within 5 minutes I received a phone call from Jeff who was very well spoken and courteous. Without any hesitation Jeff honored the oringinal quote and got my reservation set up right there on the phone (turns out the original quote was a promotional price that had unfortunately ended the day I went back to book). I received my confirmation by email immediately and everything was correct. I will post another review after we have used the service. I just wanted people to know that customer service is not extinct!
