Wow!! I have been so impressed with Dr. Yalamanchilli's results. Last year, my mother and I visited his office for the first time; we didn't know what to expect and didn't have anything/anyone to compare him to. My mom underwent the Ultherapy procedure. Yalamanchilli took so much time and care in explaining how it worked and the anticipated results. The results were immediate; however after almost 6mo, it left family members who hadn't seen her in a while ask if she'd had a facelift!! do to her age (upper 60's) the results went beyond all expectations. I had Botox injections for the first time after her procedure. I left the office wondering why I hadn't done that years earlier. I have to admit, after that, I fell victim to the groupon deals for reduced price injections. Believe me, it was not the same. Yalamanchilli's expertise made the small difference in price well worth it. Also, I once read that, assuming the Botox or product is full strength at these other places, the results depend on the 'injector'. Yalamanchilli knows what he's doing; he's excellent. I have since referred him to everyone I know. I can't wait to go back!
