Review content:
First of all, let me tell you that I am very picky when it comes to paying someone to do anything permanent to my hair because I am in marketing so I'm in front of people all day, five days a week. Recently, I looked at my hair and realized I had been using boxed color for too long and needed to get back to my natural color. Shear Heaven happens to be in a place that I visit for work anyway so when I found out that the owner is actually a volunteer for my company, through my company, for individuals who are on hospice, I made a point to build a relationship with her before I ever made an appointment. For once, I was on the other side of the relationship building and I was the customer who needed to trust my vendor. Knowing that the owner of the salon was more than willing to go out in 100+ degrees if one of our patients needed a haircut, made me realize that she was genuine and true to who she is.
