My home buying experience was really terrific. I am in my sixties and had never owned a home before. Joan helped me see the available homes that were for sale in the areas I was interested in. Nothing felt just right, but Joan did not push me to decide or consider homes that were not ?the one?. One Saturday, we were out looking and we stopped in front of a home that was not on the market. Joan had mentioned they might consider selling. The owners were there and graciously allowed us to come through the house. It was ?the one?. We submitted and offer and everyone was pleased. I am still in touch with the former owner on a personal level and ? I love my house?.
