Review content:
Finding water and who-knows-what that other stuff was in the basement can be quite stressful. Thankfully, I had used Roto Rooter Plumbing in the past, so I knew exactly who I could count on to take care of the problem quickly and professionally. I had used another plumbing business in Pittsburgh before, but without going into detail I was beyond frustrated and disappointed with the service. Jeff was at my house shortly after my initial call and had the problem resolved within an hour. Since I had plans that afternoon, Jeff told me that I could have a video of the line up to 2 weeks after the service date, at no additional charge, to accommodate my schedule.
