We have lived in our home for over 20 years and have had the same re-occurring back up problem with our main septic line. We have had numerous local plumbers service the problem and give us a temporary fix. We finally called Roto Rooter and they sent out Joe/2799 to help us out. He was the most polite and knowledgeable technician we have dealt with. He had our drain unclogged in less than an hour and gave us several ideas of what the problem could be and said to call his company and they could give us a free estimate on actually fixing the problem so it wouldn't keep happening! We will definitely be calling to have an estimate on fixing this problem from Roto Rooter. Again, let me reiterate; Joe was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and polite.
