I had an ongoing problem with my plumbing, I had backup of sewage in my cellar for weeks. At first I thought it was a problem on the water companys side, the water compant told me I had to hire a plumber to prove it was the citys fault. I did my part, I called VALLEY plumbing. These people came in,after a wait, charged me $225.00 and did not open my line and did not get me anywhere, the service was awful. I was back to square 1. I called ROTO-ROOTER plumbers, after listening to my situation, they came the SAME DAY, they not only gave me a discount, they ran the hydrojet through my lines, but they got the clog out. It was an awful mess, they cleaned it all up as if it never happened, they ran a camera FREE of charge through my lines to try and determine the problem. They took their time, they explained IN DETAIL every step they took and DID NOT take advantage of me. THESE PEOPLE WORKED EXTREMELY HARD FOR EVERY PENNY. I highly recommend if you have ANY PROBLEMS TO CALL ROTO-ROOTER PLUMBERS of PITTSBURGH. They solved a GIANT problem within minimal time and were so kind. I cannot say enough about these people, AAAAAAA+++++++++ SERVICE EXCELLENT PEOPLE. If a 20 star rating was available, they would get it.
