I am very pleased to have the opportunity to write a good review for the first time since I bought my home the beginning of 2011 and have been through three contractors. What I thought was going to be a simple thirty day upgrade to the home turned into a nine month disaster. After paying to have all the plumbing in the home renovated twice I was surprised to have plumbing problems. FINALLY I called Roto Rooter and Mr. Ray Clark arrived at my home the very next morning. After looking at my plumbing he was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why while showing me for myself on a screen from which a camera went into the sewage lines. Within two hours Mr. Clark and Mr. Allen Mattes returned to begin construction immediately. I cannot express enough the quality and professional work that Mr. Mattes has done in my home. He not only replaced all my sewage pipes but he also replaced all plumbing fixtures ( toilet, sink, shower, and floor drains) with correct fixtures for performance and by code. As I stated earlier I have had a few renovations done in the home so I was extremely surprised to see how well Mr. Mattes took care of my home, not only with all the plastic to cover my personal belongings but he cleaned up after himself very well and hauled away all unwanted items. Every other contractor left all the cleaning and hauling away for me to do. Mr. Clark and Mr. Mattes were very informative with my needs and repairs, very professional, and very easy to talk to and work with. It was a pleasure working with them and having the security that it was high quality work performed. I highly recommend Roto Rooter. Thank you for everything.
