Review content:
I lived there for quite a time' belive me' you do not want to do renting in that place. Meneger can do what ever she thinks is right and you can't even complane about it. Becouse this property is owned by corporation called Midwest realty. And the guy - superviser is always on the run and never reterns your calls. And the Southtowne menedgement knows about it. So after you sighne the lease, you're DONE. For example: my deposit was 300$ wen I moved out, they fixed everything and clined everything for 282$ and gave me 18$, and then they did renovation! -------S! They towed my car ones, 250$ on me. The rent was 550 in the begining and they jak it up every year, so in the end I was paying 670, for one bedroom in this area! They basicly riped me for money!
