Businiess name:  Kia Store Anniston - Oxford

Review content:
My mother owns a Kia Rio. She was having problems with her car and took it to this Kia store in Anniston, AL. When she got there they wanted to charge her $90 just to ""diagnose"" the problem. I thought that was ridiculous and spoke to the worker over the phone. After a brief objection, they offered to do it for $45 at which point I had enough. I found it shady that they would come down on the price so easily, something that in my mind should cost next to nothing or nothing. I told my mom to go somewhere else, which she did. She went down the road and had the car fixed, not just diagnosed for about $60. Her car's been running great since. I like Kia cars, I like the company, I have a hyundai myself, but getting your car repaired here is a ripoff.
