Unprofessional, racist, sexist and thieving! The first time I went there, they burned under my eyebrows despite the fact that I had already stressed that I have thin, delicate skin and the scream I emitted after they scraped a brillo pad masquerading as cotton across my eyes. The second time I went there, a young man made both racist and sexist comments towards me, never once using my name, repeatedly calling me ""baby girl"" and ""girlfriend"" while exclaiming ""O, Lawd!"" and ""Mmm-hhmm."" The third time I went there, the technician yelled at my friend to sit down while raising his eyebrows at her when we asked for fresh, warm water instead of the stagnant cold water. Also, he cut my toe and proceeded to doctor the bleeding wound with nail glue. Then, after he messed up the polish my putting on a pink top coat before they were dry, he initially refused to repaint them, making a slapping motion behind my head (I could see because of the mirror and my friend saw it too). Afterwards, he, along with two others, had to stop a fight between two more technicians that were arguing with each other, cursing and almost to the point of fist-fighting over a customer. Finally, they charged me two dollars more than what I wrote on the slip and I had already given them a 20% tip (this was before the toe polish and the rest happened).
