Overall I had a positive experience using The Movers Group - Henry and his crew. I would've given them 5 stars overall but went with 4 because we had originally talked about a 2 man crew but due to some scheduling issues, a 3 man crew showed up instead of a 2 man crew. They were on time as promised and did the move well but I was unexpectedly charged $130/hr for a 3 man crew. Henry did point out to me a 3 man crew did the job faster than a 2 man crew which was probably valid, but my expectations were already set from before. Not a big deal though....
