Just got back from Bollinger's and I really thought it was going to be a great dinner.....I was Wrong!!! When we got there we were the only 6 people in there. We sat down, the waiter never put the place mats down like the other table had-so there were no utensils. Ordered mozzarella sticks for the kids got them way after the adults got there soup. So when dinner came we asked for utensils, the waiter comes over and says ""all of you need forks?"" Huh? do you want us to eat with our hands? never came by to ask if we needed anything or refills--why should he, he already knew he was getting an 18% tip because of the type of gift card I had. When I asked for something (that was supposed to come w/meal) he tells me well we just had a big crowd and Im tired. We had to wait for about 30minutes for our check....it was the worst experience ever and the food matched it as well. The kids meal came with ice cream and I can honestly say that was the best part of the meal.
