First off, I guess I'm somewhat tech savvy but not a computer whiz when it comes to hardware. I know more software end of things. Lately our desktop has been on its last leg. My father put me in charge of looking for a new computer. I wasn't too worried about hard disk space since we mostly use external drives but more so the speed and performance. My brother wants to do video editing and gaming so it had to be powerful for that task. Long story short, we skipped our usual PC guy (dishonest and ripoff), I got in touch with Ryan after looking at their website and he gave me a quote, very professional. My dad swung by and picked it up. I haven't been off of it since!! Now I'm going to send my uncle to get his overheating laptop diagnosed... can you say FREE?!
