ive been living here for 6 months now im glad i didnt listen to the reviews and saw for myself. i live in the back of the park with a bunch of retired people it is very quiet around here and totally safe. i dont understand how people can say you are poor here i pay a lot of money for my rent if anything you should have a good bit of money to live here. the only thing i dont like about our place is that the last tenant was nasty and we cant seem to get rid of these huge bugs. but you most def cant be poor and afford to live here the rent is not that high but they charge you all utlities and that hurts i would like to stay another year but cant afford to
