This was my first new vehicle purchase EVER, I have always bought used due to the depreciation of value on all new cars, Fiesta Mercury offered me a great new vehicle at a pre-owned price. This is my first Ford Producr EVER, and I am happy with it ( after I have morned the trade in of my Chevy Impala ). Fiesta Sales Rep John Stephens was great, he was honest, straight forward and sincerely assisted me in finding the best product for my needs. I have been to many Auto lots in Phoenix area ( including other Ford Dealers ) where the sales reps were ""Always Closing"", high pressure, rude and simply saw me as a ""Mark"" to sell a product to, even if it was not the right product for my needs. Fiesta Mercury was not like this, they were all professional and courteous and understood my position, when i stated that i needed a night or two to think about this HUGE purchase. That means so much to me and I do appreciate them for all their assistance, understanding and guidance. This Fiesta team was sincere and honest team, the Sales Manafer, Finance Manager and Sales Rep were all looking out for my best interest. Unlike any other dealership I have ever experienced. Thank You All. You have earned FORD and Fiesta Lincon- Mercury a new customer for many years to come.
