I moved to Christina Mill one year ago last month, and I am absolutely stunned to say that I have not had one bad experience with my apartment or the staff since I moved in. I have been a renter for the past 15 years, so I have become used to the usual downsides of renting (maintenance issues that don't get fixed in a timely manner, rude staff, lousy neighbors, bland & outdated apartment, etc.); but I have to say that I have had none of these issues at Christina Mill. Great staff? Check. Beautiful apartment and grounds? Check, check. Great neighbors? Yup, check. Although I'm still anticipating SOMETHING bad to happen (no place is perfect), I am thoroughly satisfied thus far. I would recommend Christina Mill to anyone looking for a great place to live in Newark.
Pros: Pool, gym, tennis, business center, washer & dryer in apt., good storage space, accept pets, location, nice apartment
Cons: I'll let you know when I find some ;0)
