Review content:
I took my BMW here as a referral? I specifically asked for the Rear Brakes to be changed and provided my own rear brake pads? After I dropped off my car, Leo the mechanic called me and specified that I had obtained the incorrect brake pads. I didn?t want to go through the hassle of obtaining different ones, therefore I asked him to supply me with his own. Once I picked up my car I asked if the alert, ?Replace Rear Brakes?, on my panel was also removed he said, ?Yes?. As soon as I started my car the same alert came up. I immediately notified Leo, before pulling out of his shop, and he advised that this would go away after I drove the car. The weekend went by (as my brakes were changed on Friday) and the alert continued to come on. I called him that following Monday in regards to the alert. Leo, the mechanic then went on to tell me he changed the FRONT and not the REAR, even though the alert on my BMW said ?Replace Rear Brakes? and I specifically asked for the rear brakes to be changes, not only that but provided my own brake pads. This has to be the WORST experience I have had with a mechanic. I do not understand how someone could make such a mistake, especially is the alert on the vehicle specified ?Replace Rear Brakes?. Leo refused to work with me on fixing this problem, even though he was the one that screwed up. I ended up going elsewhere to get my brakes replaced? This location is unprofessional!! A mistake of this altitude is definitely unacceptable. I hope no one has to go through the hassle I did. Avoid this place at all cost! Warning!!!!
