I have to agree with Bob S that most of the negative reviews sound like one person with an axe to grind. Dr. Dolgan has taken care of my animals for years and she has always been wonderful with them. As far as people skills go, I often have my daughter and little grandaughter with me when I go in, and Dr. Dolgan always asks them questions that show me that she remembers them and what they are doing in their lives. Last time we were there, while she was checking one cat's eyes, she even went out of her way to show my grandaughter what she was doing and let her look too. The clinic is always clean, and Dr. Dolgan always explains any necessary procedures in detail. I like her both as a professional and as a person, and will absolutely continue to take my cats and dog to her.
