Review content:
Indian Tree towed my motorcycle away with only 3 days notice saying it was in violation. There was no date written as to when it was going to be towed and since they were under new management, they decided to go around and stick notices on peoples vehicles, which TORE OFF MY PAINT JOB. It was only a motorcycle, they did not need to hire a tow person which costs $211 to get out of the lot. With only 3 days notice, no one who works full-time could have the time to get it registered and removed from the apartment parking lot. They have complete lack of respect for their tenants. Do they think we're made out of money? They must be because they don't give a Sh** about any of their tenants. they just give the facade that they care. Be careful, you go with Indian Tree you'll get screwed somehow in the end, and they just displayed that today. Oh yea, and they decided to go with a towing company all the way in Denver by Coors Event Center.
Pros: apartment was clean when first moved in
Cons: The pool is like a big bath tub, lack of consideration for property.
