This is by far the best bank we've ever had. My husband and I have been members here since 2006 and have had nothing but exceptional customer service and a wonderful banking experience! We have been through a few different fraudulent charges on our debit cards and even checking account usage and Ent has always credited it back to us without hesitation. Every time we call them, regardless of who we have talked to, they are always friendly and helpful. We have recently moved to Austin, TX and were afraid about having to switch banks, but they even helped with that. They just happened to have a sister branch very close to our house so we get to keep this awesome bank!
