When I first came in with my wife-to-be to get a tour of their facilities our jaws dropped to the floor.
To say the least it was gorgeous. They have several rooms within their building: the Fraternity Ballroom, the Temple Ballroom, and the Silver Ballroom (and also The Grand located in a different building). We chose The Fraternity because it was most suited for our wedding, and my wife liked the theme and feel.
I can't say anything but good things about the experience. The coordinator and staff were all very accommodating and professional. The elevator was another spotlight, which was very vintage and needed an operator.
If you shopping around for a place to have your wedding or other event the Capitol Plaza is it. They can tailor the rooms, food, etc to all your needs at a very fair price.
