Review content:
I'm not one who complains, or signs up for internet networking. However, this bank branch has inspired me. My goal is not to boast, however make a point that even as a customer with substantial assets, I am treated poorly. Chase will notice when I move my accounts. Pointing a finger at any one person, isn't necessary either. I have returned many times hoping it was just the transition, wanting to believe it was just a specific group or shift of employees and management, and it doesn't matter what day or time. It's always... and most of the tellers, managers and the desk staff. Not sure why people. I am just a customer and a person. I have no special needs, just want to deposit, withdraw and have an occasional question. At Chase, I'm treated as a nuisance. I have tried to resolve my issues with the management. The best resolution I've come up with is Bank of the West. They have great customer service. Pros: location Cons: service, employee attitudes, atmosphere
