Review content:
Went in to buy a power adapter, was given the wrong attachment, was told I'd be called when the right attachment came in (they never called), then found out they had the right size attachment all along. By luck I realized they had sold me the wrong kind of adapter (AC-DC to replace an AC-AC power pack), and then they told me they don't sell the right kind. All in all four trips to mall for nothing but frustration. Corporate was apologetic after I filed a complaint, but the store couldn't be bothered. Will never go again.

Cons: untrained and unhelpful staff
