I have never been treated so rudely by a dispatcher or cab driver ever. Even the cab drivers in NYC have a better disposition. This dispatcher was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had called for a cab, called back 40 minutes later and said in a more demeaning manor ""you were on your phone the whole time and he couldnt get through, waited 15 minutes and left."" That was the nicest way to repeat what he said. I wouldn't use this company if i ever stranded in the middle of nowhere.
