DO NOT USE THEM. HONESTLY, THEY STOLE OVER $50K BY LYING FROM MY FAMILY OF!. They will promise a loan, and be great unitl you pay. Then no loan and you are out the fee. They always have a reason why they can't fund. DON'T DO IT!!!! We almost lost our house becaseu of them and I will be paying my mom back for the rest of her natural life. The only reason they are still in business is because they steal.
