Unfortunately, I recommended this company to a friend (before work had begun), and he screwed her worse than me. This company does not operate professionally, ethically or adequately. The owner told me the contract was for 18 pallets (he refuses to give me a copy of the contracted that lists the scope of work) and I added an extra pallet for an area not in original contract. 15 pallets were delivered, the owner of GM told me he was short and had me pay for another 2 pallets, then he was short again and he (complained) he had to pay for another pallet out of pocket. So, 18 pallets were used, but he charged me for 20. The ground was not prepared correctly as was the case with the sod and the fence. Other services promised in the contract were not provided and the result of which was aggravation and inferior landscaping. After a 45 days, they still have not returned to make repairs in accordance to their warranty. He agreed to come out Aug. 5, but was a no call or show.. this happened 2 more times in the next week. Each week I text him to ask when he will be here, and each time his response is I am harassing him and stalking him and he is going to call the police and his attorney. Green Master is inexperienced and lacks ethical business practice and does not pay attention to detail, resulting in very sloppy work. My advice is to stay away. I have documentation for all claims, please do not hesitate to ask for verification. Green Masters was given advances and paid in full.
