Review content:
We initially brought a Shaw epic engineered hardwood flooring from Bellmont. It looked great on the sample but when it was installed, it looked horrible! Very rustic appearing with hand scrapping and purposeful chipping that can actually scratch your feet. Plus the high density fiberboard they use in between (instead of the usual plywood), made installation VERY difficult. When my husband went to Bellmont to complain, Scott, the manager, did his very best to make us as happy as possible. He was very patient and understanding, and helped us settled a deal with Shaw. I'm not sure if other companies would have gone through the trouble, but my husband and I are very grateful for all the help that Scott had provided. Thanks so much Scott!
