Review content:
Our terrible experience seems to be never ending. They lied, cheated us and we continue to get bills! We took our car here in July and Norma assured us they would work with our insurance and take care of everything and that our out of pocket would be minimal. After scheduling a drop off time on a Monday and securing a rental through their on-site Hertz dealership we drove away thinking the repair would take 3 days. They didn't bother to call us and say it would take 3 more days until our insurance adjuster would be there, so they didn't start work until Friday. Nothing was done over the weekend and the car was ready on Wednesday evening. So we had a rental for 12 days and our insurance covered 3. After haggling with them they agreed to cover the weekend even though that was against their policy. We were out of pocket for the remaining days. The work itself was mediocre. The filler in the dent wasn't sanded down correctly and there are pockmarks and pitting. The dent was on a fender and the line is no longer straight. They offered to buff out the pitting, but I wanted nothing more to do with them. When I picked up the car I had a bill for triple what I expected because they wouldn't give me a written estimate because ""they don't do that"". They never called to give us a final cost and didn't get authorization to begin work. I don't know if they treat all their customers like this or just us because we had insurance and they figured they'd get paid either way. Look elsewhere for body work and don't get screwed by these people.
