This place is horrible. I paid 100$ as a down payment to make an appointment. I spoke with Will the tattoo artist and told him exactly what i wanted and he seemed excited to do it. I show up for my appointment and since he was having a bad day he tries to push me to have another tattoo artist do it saying she is better for what i want. i ask him way he didnt mention this when i made the appointment or call me to reschedule and he flips on me talking crazy about his ex wife and started cursing at me. I asked if i could just get my down payment back and ill go back to the person that did my first tattoo, no big deal, he tells me its non refundable and have fun taking him to court like all the others have tried ( RED FLAG). I tell him he never mentioned it was non refundable and starts cursing at me again and tells me to get out of his shop. So i recommend never going to this place because the owner is a flake and bi polar. I will be going back to Tony at Tried and True, its a long wait but well worth it after that experience
