Review content:
My family and I been coming to these Cleaners for years and they USED to be decent. However, after a few shoddy repairs, I decided to recommend them to a friend because their prices were reasonable. My friend had a rip in his shirt that I wanted repaired in a way that it wouldn't be too obvious. They guaranteed a refund if we were not satisfied, no questions asked. They did a horrible job on my friend's shirt. It was the worst I had ever seen them do. We mistakenly gave them three different chances and the repair still looked terrible. Finally, the woman handed us the shirt and said, ""This is my very best."" Your very best? Why didn't you do your ""very best"" the first time!?! When we said very politely that this wasn't good enough and we would like our money back, the woman refused to acknowledge their previous guarantee of a refund. Not only that, the woman was very rude when we had been nothing but courteous.
