Review content:
When we arrived to pick up our rental vehicle we wanted to change the drop off location to the city we were moving to, only 40 miles away. We were told that we could not do that. This caused to incur the expense of the additional mileage. We also now had to make sure to get the vehicle back in the six hour allotted time frame. This put undue stress on our move. When we were in the truck, we noticed right away how filthy the interior of the cab was, it was sticky and filthy. Upon return to drop off the vehicle, the owner (Raul) then wanted to quibble over the amount of gas we put back in the truck. We checked it out with 3/8 of a tank, and at first he wanted to argue that it was supposed to be at 1/2. After we pointed out was 3/8's, he then wanted to argue that it was still under and then even asked if we even put gas in it at all. By the fact that we had put 100 miles on it, should have been enough of an indication that we would have had to have put gas back in it. He did waive the $30 fee to refuel but still charged us $7.50 for what he estimated was 1 1/2 gallons the tank was short. Overall, this was a very lousy experience and we will never rent from this location again and tell everyone to stay away.
