Review content:
We are doing a total house remodeling and replaced the HVAC system and the entire water and sewer lines. Gene Johnson Plumbing did all that work. They were good and were very professional with it. They showed up when they said they were going to show up.
They were open to my questions. I had to call a couple of times, and they always responded. When I called about shower head choices they called and then emailed me all the different types so that I could make a decision about what to choose.
Gene Johnson Plumbing was reliable, efficient, and made sure to maintain a good relationship with the other contractors. The communication was open and good. They are still doing some finishing touches, like tiling the bathroom, but so far everything is going well with no leaks. As far as the quality of work, we have had no problems.
The project itself was pretty straight forward. It was a setup remodel so they were able to do it all quickly. The whole thing wasn't too complex.
