A referral from a colleague pointed me to Gene Johnson Plumbing and we?ve used them for all our plumbing needs ? both routine and emergency services ? for the past several years. The office staff has always dispatched our calls in a professional manner and is knowledgeable about availability and schedules of the plumbing team so that we get the services we need at the appropriate time. We?ve always had excellent service from the plumbing team. The most recent call was to replace a water heater that had failed during the night resulting in a sea of standing water in our newly renovated den/office in the basement of our home. The plumber arrived within 20 minutes. After he shut down the unit he pulled a wet vac off the truck and cleaned up water and debris until ServPro arrived after a half hour later. He then went back to work on selecting and installing a new unit. He was great! Overall, they?ve arrived on time, been professional in their dress and demeanor, described the nature and scope of the problem, and solved the problem each and every time. We?ve been very pleased with their services and would recommend them with high marks. We know we can count on them for excellent service at a fair price every time! Kudos to everyone on their team.
