Review content:
Gene Johnson Plumbing was available when I had a drain clogging emergency that required a 50-ft. snake. Since they fixed it, everything has been good.
The plumber was very professional, friendly and personable. He explained why the issue might have occurred and how to maintain and rectify the problem.
I also thought it was very nice that the same plumber called back the following day to make sure that everything was working properly and that there were no issues.
The only issue I had with them was the pricing, which was more than what I thought it should be. I understood the emergency-visit charge but there was also "weekend pricing" because it was a weekend visit, so that made it more expensive than I expected.
