Darrell and Kyle are knowledgeable and ethical professionals as well as outstanding human beings. They are fully invested in what they do and they are excellent at it. I had a sewer lift pump that was not working as it should. They diagnosed the problem and explained to me every detail of the structure, how it worked and what should be done to fix it. They took it apart, cleaned it, repaired it and got it working like new. They observed a leaking pipe and fixed it, and checked my kitchen to make sure everything was working properly. They were professional and courteous. The price was reasonable and their service and the results was worth it. As human beings Darrell and Kyle are priceless. I am very happy Gene Johnson sent them, and I think Gene Johnson is very fortunate to have in their company such stellar individuals as Darrel and Kyle. Thank you Darrell and Kyle for everything.
