Review content:
We had a plumbing emergency and started calling plumbers in the Seattle area. Gene Johnson Plumbing was the only company that could make it out in a reasonable amount of time. The job ended up involving an entire re-piping of the house, and they did really good work. When we had a couple of issues that came up, they responded and resolved them right away.
The most important thing about our experience with Gene Johnson was that we felt completely comfortable having them in the house. This was important because we had them in our house every day for 3 weeks during the re-piping. We got to know them all and felt comfortable with them, which made a big difference.
