I was in need of a new toilet and needed a faucet installed. There were leaks in multiple places, and the water bill was up. The technician from Gene Johnson came out and had it all going. We got a new faucet in the kitchen, and the toilet is a low water one. He even worked on the water heater. We couldn't be more happy about the work they did. We are very, very pleased.
Gene Johnson is a pleasurable company to have working for you. They are on time for appointments. If they are going to be late for some reason, they give you a call. The people are very personable.
We have used them for other things as well. We have always been happy with their work and the way it works. Anybody who calls them will have a good experience like I did. I have been using them for about 20 years. I knew we would get a good job done by asking Gene Johnson to come back.
