This company, and Mr. London himself, was the worst company I've ever dealt with. I've had various work done on several homes in the past, but when I ended up using London Flooring (not as a choice, but by subcontracting from Global Pacific), I was disgusted by their lack of professionalism. After doing slipshod work, and being called back to fix it, we not only got lots of bad attitude from him, but also never got the mistakes taken care of.
A follow up inspection from the city showed the work to be sub par. When Mr. London was in the house doing the flooring, he constantly referred to being ""hardly able to wait to get out of here to go fishing"".
I recommend everyone to AVOID using London Custom Floors for any work whatsoever.
