Good Eats is Good Eats. This place is a lifesaver for vegans and good enough for any open-minded omnivore. As far as the other folks who say the ""meats"" are all alike, I don't agree at all, and for those who say it's too bland...There's chili sauce on the table, Genius! I can, however, see how some people are put off by the service. No matter how long the servers have been there, it always seems like it's their first night. They're a little awkward and ridiculously attentive in a way I think is really endearing, but if you think it would be weird for you, I recommend ordering to-go. If you'd rather eat there, the ambience is friendly, not romantic. You go here with the people you love, not the people you're trying to impress. BTW-get the brown rice- it goes better with the food!
