I've been tattooed by Royale who does amazing work! He's got his own unique style that's traditional with its own flare. Not only does his tattooing impress but his actual artwork is awesome. I'd buy one of his paintings anytime.
The only issues i've ever had were the shitty customers they get. People just walk in with their crying babies and 6 kids and pick shit off the walls, that's the worst!
I love Royal's custom tattoos.

Cons: Lots of douchy walk-in customers to deal with
