Businiess name:  Whidbey Cleaners

Review content:
i was in a panic to get my husbands uniform cleaned press and tailered, everyone says go to whidbey cleaners......big mistake. first they were rude, and made me feel like i was a disturbance to them, also they added in a gratuity price to the final price for the tailoring without my knowledge. my total for one set of dress whites came out to $70. i was shocked. to top the day off i got home my husband tried his uniform on to see if it would fit for his inspection the next day. low and behold one leg was longer than the other by about 2 1/2 inches. i called to see if they could fix it and that was a mistake in itself. my husband failed his inspection and found out later that day that we went to the wrong cleaners. the whole uniform had to be completly recleaned, pressed and sewn. whidbey cleanersa was a waste of my time, money and energy. customer satisfaction should come before anything else in my opinion. Pros: they got the job done quickly but it was terrible sloppy Cons: they couldn't even press the uniform correctly, doulble creases dont make it in the navy
