Similar to previous reviews, I scheduled a cleaning and carpet stretching for Thursday and indicated the time sensitivity to this request as I had tenants moving in on Saturday (and I made sure to book that day a week in advance). They called to confirm the day and time and even called from the property saying that all the work was under way and would be completed as requested. On Saturday my tenants showed up to a dirty house and carpet that had not been stretched. They backed out of our lease and I am considering legal action to recoup this months rent as 1st Class Carpet Cleaning was the direct result of this lost income. The phone call 'from the property' to tell me that the work was being completed was so incredibly vindictive that I implore everyone to avoid this company at all costs!!
