I had DND Carpet cleaning come out to a rental property that I own that tenants completely ruined the carpeting. They gave me a free estimate, and then told me that they could do the work! They also let me know sometimes pet stains are a little harder so don't freak out if it smells a little or a stain pops back up, just give them a call and let them know and they will send someone out the same day to treat it again. After the carpet fully dried, there was a couple of really bad areas that popped back up. DND Came right back out as they promised and fixed it until I was satisfied. That's what I call customer service.
