I was moving out of my first apartment and the carpets looked horrible. I was afraid I wasnt going to get my security deposit back. I called DND and was surprised at the reasonable rates. Plus I had a free estimate done first so I knew exactly how much I was going to pay. Got my security deposit back and was able to buy books this semester =)
